Daniel obtained a 1st Class Degree in Criminology with Law from Lancaster University in 2004 before continuing his studies at Christleton College of Law, Chester. Having gained experience at other large Personal Injury Specialist Firms, Daniel joined us as our first employee. Daniel’s area of expertise relates to Personal Injury Matters, dealing mainly with claims arising from Road Traffic Accidents, and he is currently the proud holder of the Firm’s “Duncan Gibbins Solicitors Annual Grand Prix Go-Kart Championship”.

Previously, Daniel has been unafraid of transforming into alter egos “Slash of Guns ‘n Roses” or “Steve Irwin Crocodile Hunter”, albeit strictly in the aid of Charity

Outside of the Office, Daniel occasionally attempts to relive his younger days playing Rugby League (he represented England Students and Great Britain Amateur Teams previously), his time is now spent with his Wife and Son, converting them into the Liverpool F.C supporters he knows they want to be.

Shereef Hosny

I joined Duncan Gibbins Solicitors in June 2007 and work as a Solicitor specialising in employers, public and occupiers liability matters, I also deal with road traffic accident claims. I have had experience working in both Claimant and Defendant firms and this has given me a well rounded perspective on all aspects of personal injury matters.

I particularly enjoy the proactive approach employed at the firm and I strongly believe in offering solutions before problems arise. I also place an emphasis on communication with clients to achieve what is ultimately our common goal.

I completed my undergraduate law degree in Sheffield in 2000. On completion of my Legal Practice Course in Chester I spent time gaining practical experience within the legal sector. Thereafter I undertook a Masters degree in Business and Commercial Law at Liverpool John Moores University.

I have always enjoyed learning about other countries and cultures and over the years I have spent time working in France, Egypt and Brazil; being fluent in Arabic and French helped matters immeasurably.

Another passion that I have is music and I have amassed a huge record collection with a mix of music spanning different eras, transcending genres and circumnavigating the globe.
