Duncan Gibbins is a Partner who has specialised in personal injury law since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2000. Over the last decade he has helped thousands of people who have suffered injuries.

Duncan prides himself on the level of client care that Duncan Gibbins Solicitors provides to its clients.

He recognizes that we have an extremely important role in not only recovering compensation but also helping those injured people to recover.

Matthew Dean is a Partner in the firm and joined Duncan Gibbins Solicitors in July 2007 having previously trained and qualified as a solicitor at another leading North West practice. Prior to qualification Matthew attended at the College of Law in Chester.

Matthew is our training principal and supervises the work of the firm’s trainee solicitors and legal assistants. Matthew has his own case load of personal injury matters and has successfully pursued compensation claims for thousands of clients. He is responsible for risk assessment on all new matters and assists in managing the firm’s First Response team. Matthew also manages the Wills and Probate department.

Away form the office, Matthew is a keen sports fan and enjoys football, tennis, swimming and when time permits, skiing. He is a passionate supporter of Liverpool FC and likes nothing more than to relax by taking long walks on Formby beach with his wife Joanne and his 2 dogs.
