I joined Duncan Gibbins Solicitors in June 2007 and work as a solicitor specialising in employer’s, public, and occupier’s liability matters; I also deal with road traffic accident claims. I have had experience working in both claimant and defendant firms and this has given me a rounded perspective on all aspects of personal injury matters.
I completed my undergraduate law degree in Sheffield in 2000. On completion of the Legal Practice Course in Chester I spent time gaining practical experience within the legal sector. I then completed a Master’s degree in Business and Commercial Law at Liverpool John Moores University.
Best Part of the Job
I particularly enjoy the proactive approach employed at the firm and I strongly believe in offering solutions before problems arise. I also place an emphasis on communication with clients to achieve what is ultimately our common goal.
Hobbies/Interests
I have always enjoyed learning about other countries and cultures and over the years I have spent time working in France, Egypt and Brazil; being fluent in Arabic and French helped matters immeasurably.
Another passion that I have is music and I have amassed a huge record collection with a mix of music spanning different eras and transcending genres.
