Zofia Letki
Zofia Letki joined Duncan Gibbins as legal assistant in 2008 whilst completing her Legal Practice Course. She qualified as a solicitor in April 2011.
Prior to joining the firm I studied English at Manchester Metropolitan University before completing a graduate diploma in law in 2007. I became a trainee solicitor with the firm in 2009 and I am now responsible for my own caseload of personal injury files.
Career Highlight
My career highlight was winning my first ever trial two months before I qualified. The client was really happy with the settlement and it was a great start to my career.
Best Part of the Job
The best thing about working at Duncan Gibbins is the atmosphere. I feel lucky to work in a firm where everyone gets along really well; it is nice to be able to call the people you work with friends, not just colleagues.
Hobbies/Interest
In my spare time I like to go swimming and attend spin classes. I enjoy planning trips away with friends, particularly abroad and anywhere near a beach.
Alternative Career
If I wasn’t a solicitor, I would definitely like to take Karen Brady’s place as Lord Sugar’s right-hand woman on The Apprentice!
