Ankle Injury

The amount of compensation for an ankle injury will depend on the extent of the injury such as an extensive soft tissue injury that will result in deformity and degeneration or less serious injuries such as sprains and aching.

As a guideline, the level of compensation will fall within one of the following brackets:-

• Very Severe – up to £44,500
• Severe – up to £32,000
• Moderate – up to £17,000
• Modest Injuries – up to £8,750
