Arm Injury
Compensation relating to arm injuries will range from the most serious injury consisting of the amputation of both arms through to substantial disablement or a moderate or minor injury.
As a guideline, the level of compensation will fall within one of the following brackets:-
- Loss of Both arms – up to £191,500
- Loss of one arm amputated at the shoulder – up to £87,500
- Arm amputated above elbow – up to £83,500
- Arm amputated below elbow – up to £70,000
Other Arm Injuries:-
- Severe Injuries – up to £83,500
- Injuries resulting in permanent and substantial disablement – up to £38,250
- Less severe injuries – up to £25,000
- Simple fractures to the Forearm – up to £12,250
