How do I pay for Legal Advice?
No Win No Fee!
During your free initial consultation, if your compensation claim has reasonable prospects of success your compensation claim will be covered by a “No Win No Fee” Agreement. This will be fully explained to you. We will also discuss other alternative ways of funding your case such as legal expenses, which can be found on your household insurance policy, motor policy or credit cards. Also, you may be a member of a trade union.
Under a “No Win No Fee” Agreement, we will not charge you for the work we do. If your claim for compensation is successful, you will receive 100% of your compensation payment and our legal costs will be recovered from the responsible party or their insurers. If your compensation claim is not successful, we will not charge you for the work we have undertaken, therefore “No Win No Fee “.
