I qualified as a solicitor in 2000, and, after six years working for an established personal injury practice I decided to set up Duncan Gibbins Solicitors in 2006.
Ethos
Although we have grown significantly in recent years client care remains our number one priority. Our specialist solicitors provide a complete and professional service for our clients, from initial instruction, through to the settlement of a claim.
We understand that monetary compensation is just one part of the personal injury claims process; that is why we have established links with support networks and rehabilitation providers to ensure that all of our client’s needs are met following an accident.
Career/Personal Highlight
It has been a tremendous source of satisfaction to see the progress made by the firm in the last five years. We started out with just a few staff and are now housed in a new office complex in Knowsley with over 35 employees.
It has been particularly pleasing to see members of staff who joined in the early stages developing alongside the firm, with many of them now occupying senior positions at Duncan Gibbins.
Hobbies/Interests
When I do get the chance to unwind I like to spend time with my family – this usually involves running around after my children at one of Britain’s theme parks!
Alternative Career
If I hadn’t become a personal injury solicitor I would have liked to have followed in the footsteps of Ian Rush and become Liverpool’s new centre forward, unfortunately, it wasn’t to be!
