We promise to go above and beyond and as part of our commitment to boosting equality, we are working towards The Law Society’s Diversity and Inclusion Charter.
The Charter is a very proactive mechanism as it will help us to achieve the best practices in a variety of business areas including recruitment, retention and career progression.
We will collaborate with The Law Society to adopt future protocols and support the practical implementation of the Charter in all that we do.
Our diversity, equality and inclusion profile will be published by The Law Society annually allowing us to closely monitor the impact of the Charter.
Becoming a signatory to the Charter is fundamental to our business as this will help us to go some way towards creating a culture of inclusion for all.
